Content Strategy, SEO and GEO

Give your brand knowledge a clear structure. Use service pages, case studies and articles to answer customer questions and help search and AI systems understand your content.

Content Strategy, SEO and GEO

Search Content and Knowledge

Turn a need into a clear direction.

We identify missing service information and overlapping articles before planning new content. GreenerClean's service structure and ChineseOrg's people and history archive illustrate two different ways to organise useful, lasting information.

SCOPE

What we can work on together.

Topic and page map

Customer questions matched to pages, articles and cases, with a list of content to write, merge or update.

Ready-to-use copy

Agreed pages or articles with titles, summaries, body copy, FAQs and a relevant next step.

Case study structure

Background, scope, deliverables and known outcomes, without inferring results the available facts cannot support.

Search information and links

Page descriptions, summaries, internal links and suitable structured data. Website implementation is scoped separately.

Content maintenance plan

Sources, update needs and review priorities so your team can continue the editorial work.

OUR PROCESS

A clear focus at every step.

01

Map questions against existing pages

Share your website, service information and customer questions. We identify gaps before adding more articles.

02

Write the decision-making pages first

Prioritise pages used for comparison and enquiries, then develop supporting articles and cases.

03

Check the content and plan updates

Review facts, titles, links and page information. Where implementation is included, check the published page and enquiry route.

What can I prepare before we start?

Give each subject the right type of page

Service differences and buying conditions belong on service pages. Verifiable context and deliverables belong in case studies. Answers that need continued updates may justify articles. This prevents a large article library from repeating the same claims while leaving decision-making gaps.

Prepare for the first review

  • Existing pages, search queries and customer questions.
  • Product facts, cases and primary sources that may be published.
  • The owners for approval, publishing and future updates.

FAQ

More questions? Get in touch.

Does GEO guarantee a mention in AI answers?

No. Here, GEO means clear summaries, identifiable brand information and well-sourced content. We cannot guarantee whether an AI service cites your brand or how it describes it.

Do we need to rewrite all our old articles?

We first check accuracy, distinct purpose and relevance to your current services. Useful articles can be updated; overlapping pieces may be consolidated. Volume alone is not a reason to rewrite.

What is missing if we already have an SEO plugin?

A plugin can manage some page fields, but it cannot supply service differences, case evidence or expert answers. We assess the content first, then identify any website work needed.

What counts as a completed deliverable?

We check the agreed page list, copy, sources, summaries, links and next steps. If publishing is included, we also check the page. Rankings, traffic and AI citations are observed separately using available data.
