The system also records the submission IP address for abuse prevention and basic security. Without required information, we may be unable to process or answer the enquiry.

How we use and store it

Information is used to answer enquiries, arrange discussions, assess service needs, prepare proposals or quotations, keep business records, protect the website, and meet applicable obligations. The enquiry is stored as a private WordPress record and emailed to the Starbay Media contact mailbox.

Event and classroom images

Photos and short videos from events, classes, or workshops are handled according to the stated purpose, applicable permission, and actual publication need. Where an identifiable image is personal data, we assess the collection notice, event notice, contract, or required consent before publication.
