Website information and enquiries

The website introduces public services, cases, activities, and professional content. Website content does not itself create a service contract, quotation, payment request, legal advice, or guarantee of business results.

Formal project confirmation

Scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment, revision rounds, intellectual property, confidentiality, and cancellation arrangements must be confirmed in a written proposal, quotation, contract, or order. Forms, WhatsApp, email, AI assistant responses, and verbal discussions do not automatically replace that written confirmation.

Content rights and acceptable use

Unless stated otherwise, website brands, text, layouts, images, videos, graphics, and data structures belong to Starbay Media, the relevant rights holder, or an authorised supplier. Do not gain unauthorised access, disrupt services, transmit malicious code, bypass security controls, scrape at scale, infringe rights, or use the website for unlawful or misleading activity.

Cases, external links, and AI assistant

Cases and activities reflect approved public information and the status verified at the relevant time; past outcomes do not guarantee future results. External services are governed by their own policies. The AI assistant only explains public information and cannot confirm quotations, contracts, payments, confidential matters, legal advice, or formal commitments.

Availability, liability, and law

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, Starbay Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss from using or being unable to use the website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Hong Kong law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
