Project context
A complete enterprise system may be too heavy for an early team, while blank documents make recurring format and data consistency difficult to maintain.
Design and delivery focus
The tool first handles common documents without accounts and keeps data in the browser; CRM, permissions, notifications and payment remain possible later extensions.
Turning requirements into a usable workflow
- Reduce invoice and quotation input to the necessary steps.
- Keep document data in the user's browser by default without mandatory accounts.
- Separate the free tool clearly from possible future enterprise-system work.
Delivered work and application
- A public no-login interface for preparing invoice and quotation information.
- A browser-local data approach that does not require server upload of user documents.
- Clear scope separating the free document tool from customer management, permissions and notifications that would require a separate project.
